WESTWOOD, CA — February 27, 2025 — Love took a backseat at the Anti-Valentine Market Rager last Thursday, hosted in collaboration by Cherry Pop Records and Unravel.

Tucked away behind an apartment complex, the venue felt like a secret hideaway, buzzing with energy. At its heart was the staircase-turned-stage, where artists performed under hazy, glowing lights. The crowd was split between two vantage points — some stood close to the stage, packed in tight, eyes fixed on every note, while others lounged on the patio, gazing down at the musical scene. The layered space gave the night an intimate amphitheatre-like feel where, no matter where you stood, you felt part of something truly special.

Headlining the night was the sassy pop dynamo Hasitha Guhan. With a high-energy set that featured her latest single, “High Off You,” unreleased tracks, and a cover of Chappell Roan’s “Good Luck, Babe!” She turned the cozy venue into her own electrified pop show.

jordan cierra brought a softer, more ethereal energy to the night. Bathed in a wash of soft purple light, she effortlessly switched between acoustic guitar and keyboard. Her indie dream-like vocals floated over the hushed crowd as she performed her latest hit, “dymk?” alongside a mix of other songs that showcased her mesmerizing sound.

Beyond the music, the event doubled as a vibrant marketplace. Local vendors sold art, thrifted fashion, and handcrafted goods, allowing attendees to drift between the performance and the pop-up shops — chatting with artists, picking up unique treasures, and soaking in the creative energy of the space.

From 8PM to midnight, the Anti-Valentine Market Rager proved that heartbreak makes for the best kind of party. If this night was any indication, Cherry Pop Records and Unravel know how to put on a show that brings the Westwood music community together in style.
